##Blueberry Cupcakes With Cream Cheese Frosting


__Ingredients__

- 1 cup sugar

- 1/2 cup butter

- 2 eggs

- 1/3 cup milk

- 1 tsp vanilla essence

- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

- 2 tsp baking powder

- 1/2 cup blueberries + 1 tbsp all purpose flour

__Blueberry Sauce __

- 1/3 cup water

- 1 cup frozen blueberries

- 1 tbsp sugar

- 1 tsp lemon juice

- 1 tbsp cornstarch

__Blueberry Frosting __

- 1/2 cup butter

- 1/2 cup cream cheese

- 1 tsp vanilla essence

- 3 cups icing sugar

- 1/3 cup blueberries sauce

__Recipe__

1. Beat butter and sugar together until fully combined.

2. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time.

3. Add milk and mix well.

4. Add vanilla, salt, flour and baking powder. Mix everything well.

5. Grease your cupcake liners and add batter.

6. Bake at 330°F for 30-35 minutes.

7. For Sauce, In a pan add water, blueberries, sugar, cornstarch and lemon. Cook until you get a thick sauce. Strain the sauce to get a smooth texture.

8. For icing, beat butter and cream cheese. Add icing sugar, little at a time. Add vanilla essence. Beat until you get a thick frosting. Add 1/3 cup of blueberry sauce and mix well. Watch the step-by-step video.
