Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter (113g)
- 1/4 cup caster sugar (54g)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (90g)
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all purpose flour (240g)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (10g)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda (3g)
- 1 & 1/2 tsp baking powder (8g)
- 1/2 tsp salt (2g)
- 1 cup Oreo chunks (125g)
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (65g)
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips (65g)
Toppings
• 3 Oreo cookies for topping
• 6 cookie & cream chocolates
• white chocolate for drizzle
Recipe
Either by hand or using an electric mixer cream the butter and the brown and caster sugar together . This may take 2-3 minutes.
Pour egg and vanilla into the sugars and mix until light.
Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, cornstarch and salt. Mix until you get a smooth dough.
Pour chocolate chips and chopped Oreo cookies. Mix with a spatula until well combined.
Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Each cookie weighs around 5.65 oz at this point.
Roll each portion into a ball.
Freeze the dough balls for 15 minutes before baking.
Bake @375° for 14-15 minutes.
Let the cookies set in the baking sheet for 10-15 minutes.
Then transfer them onto a wire rack with a spatula and let them cool.
Each cookie weighs 6oz.
11. Drizzle some melted white chocolate and decorate with half of the Oreo cookie and mini cookie & cream chocolate
