##Cinnamon Rolls With Cream Cheese Frosting


__Recipe__


- 1 cup milk

- 1 tbsp yeast

- 1/4 cup sugar

- 1 egg

- 3 tbsp melted butter

- 3 cups all purpose flour + more for rolling

- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1/3 cup heavy cream for topping


__Cinnamon Filling__


- 5 tbsp butter

- 1/3 cup brown sugar

- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon


__Cream Cheese Frosting__


- 200g cream cheese

- 113g butter

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 2 cups icing sugar

- 2 tbsp whipping cream


__Recipe__


  1. pour 1 cup warm milk in a bowl. Add 1/4 cup sugar with 1 tbsp yeast. Stir and cover for about 10 minutes.

  2. Remove the wrap and stir again. Add 1 egg with 3 tbsp melted butter. Mix until combined.

  3. Pour 1 cup flour and mix until incorporated. Then add salt with remaining 2 cups flour. Mix everything until well combined . Dust some flour on your work surface and knead the dough for about 7-8 minutes. Cover for 1-2 hours or until doubled.

  4. Pour the ingredients of cinnamon filling in a bowl and microwave for about 30 seconds. Stir and keep it aside for later use.

  5. Transfer the dough to a clean, floured surface. Roll it into a rectangle about a quarter of an inch thick.

  6. Spread cinnamon mixture evenly. Roll the dough tightly. You can roll it up from the short or long side.

  7. Cut it with a sharp knife or dental floss. You can make 10-12 rolls.

  8. you can go thicker (about an inch and a half) or thinner (closed to an inch).

  9. Grease your baking dish and arrange your cinnamon rolls.

  10. Cover for 30 minutes.

  11. Remove the cover and drizzle 1/3 cup whipping cream at the top.

  12. Bake at 375°f for about 20-25 minutes.

  13. Beat cream cheese and butter together for about two minutes. Add icing sugar, vanilla extract and cream. Whisk until smooth.

  14. Let the rolls set after baking for about 10 minutes. You can add the frosting onto rolls while they’re in the dish and add the remaining frosting onto individual rolls as they’re plated.
