__Ingredients__
- 9-10 pitted medjool dates
- 1 litre milk
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 3 tbsp cashews
- 3 tbsp pistachios
- 1 tbsp flex seeds
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/2 tsp almond extract (optional)
__Recipe__
1. Pour nuts and dates in the blender. Add 2 cups cold milk with almond extract and cardamom powder. Blen until smooth.
2. Add 2 more cups milk and stir with a spatula.
