1. Dip chicken in water with 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp salt for 2-6 hours.

2. In a deep bowl mix flour with cornstarch, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, chilli powder and black pepper.

3. Divide flour mixture into two parts. In one part add eggs and water. Mix thoroughly.

4. Take one piece of chicken and dip it into flour batter then coat it into dry flour. Press it with your hands and remove excess flour.

5. Fry 3-4 pieces at a time at medium heat for 15 minutes.

6. Cheddar Biscuits: mix flour with baking powder, salt, sugar and garlic. Add cold butter and break butter pieces with your hands. Add cold buttermilk and mix thoroughly. Then add shredded cheese and mix. Scoop it onto your baking dish and bake @425°F for 10-12 minutes. Recipe makes 12 biscuits. Apply melted butter with garlic and parsley.

7. Sauce: mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

This is my tried and tested recipe. This is the easiest recipe for crispy and juicy chicken. Biscuits recipe is copycat recipe of Red Lobster’s Cheddar Cheese Biscuits. Sauce recipe is perfect for burgers and wraps as well. Please watch the quick video for batter understanding. Thanks!
