__ Ingredients __
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
- 1 jalapeño
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1 small onion
- 600 g ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
__ Frying Ingredients __
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 egg+1 tbsp milk
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- oil for frying
__ Recipe __
1. Chop vegetables into small chunks.
2. Strain all the excess water.
3. Add into the meat.
4. Add all spices into the meat and mix well.
5. Keep in the fridge for 15 minutes.
6. In a bowl beat 1 egg with tbsp milk.
7. In an other bowl take 1 cup bread crumbs.
8. In 3rd bowl mix 1 tbsp cornflour with tbsp all purpose flour.
9. Take a handful of beef mixture and make meatballs.
10. Roll each meatball into flour mixture, dip into egg mixture then roll it into breadcrumbs.
11. Deep fry all the meatballs until golden brown.
