##Fruity Pebbles Cheesecake Cookies

__Ingredients For Cheesecake__


- 125g cream cheese

- 1/4 cup icing sugar


__Ingredients For Cookies__


- 1/2 cup butter

- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 2 eggs

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 & 1/2 cup all purpose flour

- 1/2 cup cake flour

- 1 tbsp cornstarch

- 1/2 tsp baking soda

- 1 & 1/2 tsp baking powder

- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips

- 1 & 1/2 cup fruity pebbles


__Ingredients For Glaze__


- 1 tbsp cream cheese

- 1 tbsp butter

- 2 tbsp icing sugar


__Recipe__


  1. Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese with icing sugar. Divide into 6 equal parts. Freeze for 10 minutes.

  2. Beat cold butter for about a minute. Add sugars and beat again until well combined.

  3. Add eggs with vanilla extract and beat for about a minute.

  4. Add dry ingredients and mix until you get a smooth dough. Don’t over mix.

  5. Pour chocolate and 1/2 cup fruity pebbles.

  6. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions.

  7. Roll each part into a dough ball.

  8. Flatten the dough ball and fill it with cream cheese.

  9. Close the edges and roll it again into a ball.

  10. Take 1 cup fruity pebbles in a bowl and roll the dough balls in it.

  11. Bake @375°f for 10-12 minutes.

  12. Let the cookies set in the baking dish for 10 minutes after baking. Cool down completely on a wire rack.

  13. Mix the ingredients for cream cheese glaze and drizzle on cool cookies.
