Gourmet Brownie Cookies

__Ingredients__


- 1 egg

- 1/4 cup brown sugar

- 1/4 cup white sugar

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 3/4 cup chocolate chips

- 1/4 cup melted butter

- 1 cup cake flour

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1/4 tsp baking soda

- 1/4 tsp salt

- melted chocolate for top

- nuts for top


__Recipe__


1. Put 1 egg in a deep bowl.

2. Add sugars and vanilla extract. Mix until well blended.

3. Melt 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips with 1/4 cup butter for about a minute. Mix well and add it into the egg mixture.

4. Add 1 cup cake flour with baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix until well combined.

5. Scrape the bowl with a spatula.

6. Put parchment paper on your baking tray.

7. Scoop out 1-2 tbsp of dough with a cookie scoop.

8. Place them 2 inches apart. Roll the cookies into balls to get the perfect crinkle cookies.

9. Bake @350°F for 10-12 minutes.

10. Allow to cool on the cooking tray for 10 minutes.

11. Convert them onto a rack to cool down completely.

12. Apply melted chocolate at the top.

13. Decorate with nuts, dried fruits and chocolate chips.

Recipe makes 12 cookies
