Ingredients
4 cups heavy whipping cream
2 cups condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, mango, banana Purée 1/4 cup each
2 tbsp chocolate chips, 1 tsp cream, 1 tsp cocoa powder

Pour cream in a chilled bowl and whisk until stiff peaks.
Add condensed milk and whisk until well combined.
Add vanilla extract and mix well. Your ice cream base is ready.
Take fresh fruit and blend it into purée. Pour 1/4 cup fruit purée into 1 cup ice cream. Mix well and pour into chilled container. Cover the ice cream with plastic wrap and freeze for 4-6 hours.
For chocolate ice cream, take 2 tablespoons chocolate chips and pour 1 tsp hot cream. Mix until combined. Pour the chocolate into 1 cup ice cream and mix well. Add 1 tsp cocoa powder and mix until well combined.
You can make as many flavours as you like by adding different fruit purée along with fruit chunks, cookie pieces, chopped nuts, and syrups.
