Lahmacun/ Lahmajoon/ Lahma bel Ajeen

Delicious crispy bread with meat.

##Lahmacun

__Ingredients__

- 400g ground beef

- 2 onions

- 2 tomatoes

- 1 green bell pepper

- 1 shephard red pepper

- 2 green chilli peppers

- 1/2 cup parsley

- 2 tbsp tomato paste

- 2 tbsp pepper paste

- 1 tsp garlic paste

- 1 tsp salt

- 1 tsp red chilli flakes

- 1 tsp paprika

- 1 tsp cumin powder

- 1/4 cup oil

- 1/4 cup water

__Dough__

- 3 cups all purpose flour

- 1 cup water

- 1 tsp salt

- 1 tsp sugar

- 1 tsp oil

- 1 tsp active dry yeast

__Recipe__

1. Add yeast, sugar, salt & flour in one cup warm water. Make a dough and cover it for half an hour.

2. Chop vegetables in food processor and add meat. Blend everything together.

3. Add spices, tomato paste, pepper paste, garlic,oil and water. Make a thin mixture.

4. Divide dough in 8 equal parts. Roll into balls & cover with a napkin.

5. Take 1 ball and roll it into a thin tortilla.

6. Spread a thin layer of meat mixture on it and cook it in the pan (with lid )at medium heat for 4-5 minutes or bake in the oven at 450°F for 8-9 minutes.

7. Enjoy it with onion & parsley salad with a little salt and sumac.
