Moist Vanilla Cupcakes With Perfect Buttercream Frosting




__Ingredients__


- 1 & 1/4 cups all purpose flour

- 1/4 tsp salt

- 1 & 1/4 tsp baking powder

- 3/4 cup sugar

- 6 tbsp (84g) softened butter

- 2 tbsp (30ml)oil

- 2 eggs

- 2/3 cup milk

- 2 tsp vanilla extract

- 4 cups icing sugar

- 1 cup softened butter

- 1/4 tsp salt

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- food colour & sprinkles


__Recipe__


1. Sift flour with salt and baking powder in a bowl and keep it a side.

2. Beat butter, oil & sugar in a deep bowl around 3-4 minutes until gets creamy.

2. Add eggs and mix until well combined.

3. Add milk and vanilla extract. Mix and scrape the bowl.

4. Add dry mixture into the wet. Mix until well combined but don’t over mix it. Scrape the bottom and sides of the bowl.

5. Prepare a cupcake pan with cupcake liners. Grease the liners and fill the cupcakes about 3/4 full with the cake batter. Recipe makes 12 regular sized cupcakes.

6. Bake at 325°F for 25-30 minutes.

7. Let them set in the baking pan for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool down completely.

8. Beat icing sugar with butter, salt and vanilla extract for 4-5 minutes. Scrape the bottom and sides of the bowl. This icing is stable and delicious.

9. Mix the food colours in icing and fill in the bag . I’m using Wilton 1M & 4B icing tips.

10. Make your own designs with icing and decorate with sprinkles. I’m showing you simple icing patterns in the video that look pretty and easy to make.
