No Bake Biscoff Dessert/ Biscoff Tiramisu


__Ingredients__


- 225g mascarpone or cream cheese (1 cup)

- 120g biscoff spread (1/2 cup)

- 2 tbsp icing sugar

- 2 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/4 tsp salt

- 400ml whipping cream (1 2/3rd cups)

- 4 tsp instant coffee + 2 cups hot water or espresso

- 2 packs Biscoff cookies


__Recipe__

  1. Pour mascarpone, Biscoff spread, sugar, vanilla and salt in a deep bowl. Beat with an electric hand mixer until combined.

  2. Pour cream and beat until the mixture gets creamy and fluffy.

  3. In 2 cups hot water mix 4 tsp instant coffee.

  4. Take one biscoff cookie, dip in coffee and place into a bowl. Make 2 layers of cookies in the bottom of the bowl.

  5. Spread Biscoff cheesecake layer evenly.

  6. Make another layer of cookies and then spread cheese layer.

  7. Make 3 layers of each.

  8. Drizzle some Biscoffspread and top it with biscoff cookie crumbs.

  9. Refrigerate for about one hour.
