Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies

My favorite oatmeal cookies recipe that’s perfectly soft and chewy, easy to make.Pack these cookies with your favorite kind of dried fruits, nuts, and even chocolate.

The cookie dough will keep in the refrigerator up to 3 days.You can also freeze the cookie dough. Store in the freezer up to 3 months.

You can make 24 cookies from this dough.


Ingredients :

1/2 cup softened butter

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 egg

1/4 cup water

3/4 cup all purpose flour

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

1 tbsp vanilla extract

3 cups quick rolled oats

1 1/2 cups of mix nuts


Recipe:

1. Mix butter at room temperature and sugars together until well blended.

2. Add egg, water and vanilla extract. Mix well.

3. Add all purpose flour with baking soda and salt. Mix until well combined.

4. Add rolled oats and mix until well blended.

5. Mix chopped nuts and dried fruits of your choice. I’m adding walnuts, pistachios, peanuts, cranberries, raisins and pumpkin seeds.

6. Rolled the dough into 2 inches sized balls.

7. bake @350°F for 10-12 minutes.
