##Onion Cheese Bread




__Ingredients__


- 2 cups all purpose flour

- 1/2 cup water

- 1/2 cup milk

- 1 egg or 2 tbsp yogurt

- 2 tsp yeast

- 3 tsp sugar

- 1 tsp salt

- 3 tbsp butter

- 2 spring onions

- 250g shredded mozzarella cheese

- 2 tbsp mayonnaise

- 1 tbsp dried parsley


__Recipe__


1. Pour yeast and sugar in 1/2 cup warm water. Stir and cover with a cling wrap for 10 minutes.

2. Remove the wrap and stir again. Pour 1 egg with 1/2 cup warm milk. Mix until well blended.

3. Pour two cups all purpose flour in a large bowl. Add salt and yeast mixture. Mix until well combined.

4. Pour melted butter and mix everything until you get a soft and sticky dough.

5. Chop two spring onions and mix into the dough.

6. Cover the dough for 1-2 hours until doubled.

7. Dust some flour on your work surface and gently spread the dough. Divide into four equal parts.

8. Roll each part into a ball.

9. Flatten each dough ball into 6”x12” long sheet. Then roll it all the way and seal the edges. Make all the dough balls in the same way.

10. Cover for 20 minutes with a napkin.

11. Remove the napkin and with the help of a knife or pizza cutter make a long cut in the middle of the each bread.

12. Make some room for toppings in the middle. Fill it with shredded mozzarella. Drizzle mayonnaise at the top and sprinkle some parsley.

13. Bake @375°F for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
