Soft & Fluffy Bread Rolls

__Ingredients__


- 1 cup warm milk

- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast

- 3 tbsp sugar

- 1 egg

- 1/4 cup melted butter

- 1 tsp salt

- 3 1/4 cups all purpose flour

- 1 egg + 2 tbsp milk for top

- sesame seeds + 1 tbsp butter for top

- 1 pack of sausage or seekh kebabs




__Recipe__


1. Pour 1 cup warm milk in a bowl. Add yeast and sugar. Give it a stir. Cover and leave for 15 minutes.

2. After 15 minutes mix again and add egg, melted butter and salt. Mix until well blended.

3. Add flour in batches. Combine everything in a form of a dough. Pour 1 tsp melted butter at the top and cover it with cling wrap. Leave it for 1-2 hours.

4. Roll the dough and divide into 12 equal parts.

5. Take 1 part and roll it into a ball. Roll the ball with rolling pin.

6. Cut strips, half inch apart, as shown in the video. Put sausage at the one end and roll it all the way.

7. Cover all the buns with a napkin and leave for 30 minutes.

8. Apply egg wash at the top of the buns. Sprinkle some sesame seeds and bake @350°F for 20 minutes.

9. Apply melted butter on hot buns. Enjoy the soft & fluffy bread. Please watch the video for instructions. Thanks!
