__Recipe__
1. Pour two cups milk in a pan on medium heat. Add 1 cup sugar and stir until dissolved.
2. Cook for 10-12 minutes then add baking soda and keep stirring. It should be ready in 25-30 minutes.
3. Cover and keep it in the fridge. It thickens up a lot after 1-2 hours. When ready will measure 1 cup. Pour it into a jar and store in the fridge. It will last for 4-5 months.
4. Pour 1 cup warm milk in a bowl. Add yeast and cover for 10 minutes with a wrap.
5. Remove the wrap and add egg stir until well blended.
6. Add 1/4 cup warm condensed milk, 2 cups flour and 1/2 tsp salt. Mix well and add butter. Knead the dough for 4-5 minutes. The dough is going to be sticky at this point. Cover the dough for 1 hour in a warm place.
7. Spread some flour on your work surface and roll the dough. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts. Roll each part into a ball.
8. Take one part and cover the rest. Roll the dough with a rolling pin about 10” big. Roll the one edge very thin.
9. Roll it back all the way to the end and seal it with the thin edge.
10. Grease your baking pan (8”x8”)and place the bread rolls in it. Cover for 1 hour in a warm place.
11. Remove the cover and apply egg wash on it. Bake at 340°F for about 20-25 minutes.
12. Mix 1 tbsp of melted butter with 1 tbsp of condensed milk and apply all over the bread while it’s warm.
