The Most Perfect Flaky Cheese Bread I’ve Ever Had!




__Ingredients__


- 1/2 cup water

- 1 tsp active yeast

- 1 tsp sugar

- 1/2 cup milk

- 2 & 1/2 cup all purpose flour

- 1 tsp salt

- 1/2 cup softened butter

- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


__Recipe__


1. In a deep bowl put half cup warm water. Add 1 tsp sugar with 1 tsp active dry yeast. Stir and cover with a cling wrap for 5 minutes.

2. Add 2 & 1/2 cup all purpose flour into the yeast mixture. Add salt and half cup warm milk. Mix until you get a sticky dough. Wrap the dough for half an hour.

3. Dust flour on your work surface. Roll the dough and make a ball.

4. Divide the dough into 4 parts. Cover the dough with a napkin. Take 1 part and roll it with rolling pin then spread 1 tbsp softened butter all over it. Fold the sides and roll it 12 inch long (Like a rope). Roll it into a rose.

5. Press it down and roll it with rolling pin up to 7”. Put shredded cheese in the middle and seal the edges with fingers. Roll it up to 7”-8”.

6. Grease your pan lightly with butter and put the rolled dough on it. Flip side in one minute. Grease it lightly with butter again. Cook it on medium heat for about 3-4 minutes. Make all the bread in the same way. Please watch the video for step-by-step easy instructions. Thanks!
