Moist Chocolate Cake

—Cake Ingredients—


- 1 1/2 cup cake and pastry flour

- 1 tsp baking soda

- 1/2 cup butter

- 1 cup sugar

- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 cup cocoa powder

- 1/2 cup strong coffee

- 1/2 cup milk

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/4 tsp salt


—Frosting Ingredients —


- 1 cup butter

- 1/2 cup cream cheese

- 1 cup cocoa powder

- 3 cups icing sugar

- 1 tbsp vanilla extract

- 1/4 cup milk


—Ganache Ingredients —


- 1/3 cup heavy cream

- 1/2 cup chocolate


—Recipe—


1- Beat butter and sugar until creamy.

2- Add eggs, 1 at a time. Mix until well blended.

3- Add vanilla extract and salt.

4- Add cake and pastry flour with baking soda. Beat until well combined.

5- Add cocoa powder and mix.

6- Add milk & Coffee. Mix until well blended.

8- Grease your pan, pour the cake batter and bake it for 45 minutes at 350°F.

9- let it cool down completely. Cut the cake from the middle and apply frosting then pour ganache at the top. 10- Put the second layer of the cake at the top of ganache. Apply frosting and ganache. Garnish the cake with chocolate.

—Frosting—


1- Beat butter and cream cheese.

2- Add powder sugar gradually.

3- Add vanilla extract, cocoa powder and milk. Beat until well combined.

4- For ganache: Pour heavy cream on chocolate . Microwave for about 1 minute and mix until well blended.
